Hannah is an amazing VA. I’ve loved working with her as she explains everything so clearly and is always quick to respond when I have a question. I’ve seen great results already from her work and am definitely thinking to hire her for more tasks! I actually don’t know what I’d do without Hannah right now. Highly recommend.

Looking for examples of my work? You’re in the right place! Here are not only the testimonials from my clients but also examples of my work from my clients’ sites!
Photo Editing & Post Writing
I’m very impressed with Hannah’s knowledge and her ability to quickly meet my requirements without battling on deliverables, which is very time-effective. She is professional and open to resolving my questions and concerns. Hannah is accountable to deadlines and is a pleasure to work with.
– Jas Brechtl, all-thats-jas.com
The above testimonial from Jas is from a job updating old posts. Jas was not only a pleasure to work with, but also an ideal client – flexible, kind, understanding and trusting!
She allowed me almost free reign to edit her posts as needed, and in return, I ensured that I always got her posts re-written quickly and in her usual tone of voice so that her content never lacked her personality. After all, without personality, content is just boring!
I’ve also done similar work for Jess from Jess Eats & Travels, except I also edited a set of photos for Jess to go with the chocolate fudge cake post that I wrote for her. You can see the before and after images below.

Keyword Research
Hannah helped me with keyword research on older posts that needed some work to help with their ranking. She gave me a document with 3 different keywords/phrases to use ranked in order and a suggestion for a new title of the posts if needed. It helped save me loads of time and made it easier to go back and edit the posts. It was an invaluable help to kickstart the job of getting more content found organically on google.
– Sisley White, sewwhite.com
As my post-writing services are very SEO-focused, I also offer one-off keyword research packages. These are very popular amongst those who’ve been blogging for a long time and as a result, have several hundred posts that need re-optimising from the ground up.
These packages include 3 keywords per post and a recommended title. The keywords are ranked in order of best to worst of the 3.
Occasionally, if a post doesn’t have 3 reasonably good keywords then I will reduce it to increase the focus on the one or two good ones.
WordPress Post Formatting
I love working with Hannah on my food blog. She does such a great job transforming rough drafts to final wordpress posts. Fast learning, reliable, and overall a very nice person!
– Jovita Michnovec, yummyaddiction.com
As I offer post formatting alongside post writing as a service, Jovita asked me to help her transform text documents of written posts from her writer into fully formatted WordPress posts that she would simply have to press ‘post’ on.
This is a time-consuming task – hence her asking me to help out with it – and after a couple of test runs that allowed me to learn exactly what she wanted where and her general post style, we have been working together well on a weekly basis.
This is an unusual service to offer – I see very few VAs who offer it. However, it can save someone a ton of time as adding images to posts, calculating nutrition information, filling in metadata etc. all takes rather a long time.
Do you also find that it takes you longer than you’d like to spend on it? Try hiring it out to save yourself the stress!
Blog Organisation & Spreadsheet Creation + Management
“Hannah produced a fantastic spreadsheet to organise my keyword research, social media and track my blog’s growth. I was surprised at how quickly she put it together and how professional it looked! I am already reaping the benefits of her spreadsheet and am now a lot more organised with my blog content. Couldn’t recommend Hannah’s VA services enough!”
– Shivani Raja, shivanilovesfood.com
I also offer spreadsheet creation and management to help you keep track of your posts, what needs updating, income and expenses, social media posting, traffic and stats, keyword research and more!
This is what I did for Shivani – I created her a spreadsheet to track everything that she needed, and then filled it in with her existing posts, new ideas + their keywords and social media post schedule.
I use the same sort of spreadsheet to manage my own blog and it’s helped me maximise my productivity – hence offering it to other bloggers to allow them to do the same.
Social Media Scheduling
Getting Hannah to do my social media has been one of my best investments for my blog. She has managed to maintain my voice, but give it a more relatable spin that has drastically increased my following and engagement.
– Amber Engle, twistsandzests.com
I have done facebook and instagram scheduling for Amber using facebook creator studio, and she has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She keeps her posts organised for me to schedule on a trello board, as well as her instagram hashtags, and I access her photos using google drive in order to schedule them to instagram.
While I may not do the most social media scheduling, I am also able to share posts to relevant groups on top of the scheduling, as well as writing my own captions for the posts in order to showcase the best, most unique elements of your recipes. Plus, I love Instagram scheduling because it gives me a chance to look at plenty of beautiful photos of food!

For Jess, I do pinterest scheduling using tailwind. She creates the pins and shares them with me, and then I schedule them to relevant boards after writing captions, adding the proper links and relevant hashtags.
Once I’ve scheduled all the pins that she’s provided me with, I let her know when they’ll run out and we agree on a date for me to schedule the next batch.
When it comes to tailwind scheduling, I am able to work quickly, efficiently and aim for maximum results from each pin by following both the individual blogger’s strategy and pinterest’s guidelines. This usually helps to increase the blogger’s pinterest traffic relatively quickly, providing that they can provide me with enough fresh pins.
While I do offer the creation of pins as a package, most clients prefer to do that aspect themselves as they know their brand best, and so are the people best-suited to creating these branded graphics.
